Empowering Local Organizations

National CAPACD provides sub-grants, training, technical assistance, peer networking opportunities, and resources to local community-based organizations that deploy culturally and linguistically relevant programs and activities that benefit low-income Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders.

By investing in capacity-building, leadership development, and organizational growth and infrastructure of local community-based organizations, we deepen their impact within and across communities, in the places where they live, and for the generations before and after us. Organizations that we support deploy a diverse set of strategies, programs, and activities tailored to meet local community needs, including housing counseling and financial capability services, community organizing, and developing and maintaining affordable housing and community institutions.

National CAPACD’s work to empower local organizations is organized by their area of impact.
