On September 1st, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced a national eviction moratorium for virtually all tenants in the U.S to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced a new national eviction moratorium for tenants living in counties experiencing high or substantial rates of COVID-19 transmission. The order is in effect from August 3, 2021 through October 3, 2021 and you can check if you are in the covered areas here: https://covid.cdc.gov/
